Volunteer Travel Programs for Teens and Young Adults

Global Leadership Adventures is now enrolling teens ages 14-19 in travel and volunteer abroad programs.

The teen or young adult in your family can travel to Africa, Asia, Latin America and Europe for 8-21 days or experience a destination within the United States.

If your child is looking to participate in a meaningful community service project this spring break or summer, while also having a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, GLA has the perfect program for them.

Few young people ever set foot outside the country, and at GLA, we have set out to change that because we believe meaningful teen travel can be life-changing. It can set up young people as future leaders who can figure out what they want to do with their lives, and change the world as a result.

Thousands of young travelers have become young leaders in the field, having assisted with public health campaigns in Peru and South Africa, supported animal and wildlife care in Costa Rica and Thailand, or built community infrastructure from start to finish in Ghana and the Caribbean. Imagine what difference your teen or young adult child could make, both for their future and the lives of those in-need.
